1. Overview

At Lumière Skin Lab we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning items and obtaining refunds. By making a purchase from our store, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Returns

- Eligibility: We accept returns of unworn, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

- Non-Returnable Items. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

- How to Return,  To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 to request a return authorization.
2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Once authorized, securely package the item(s) and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refunds

- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

- Refund Amount: Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item(s) only. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4. Exchanges

- How to Exchange: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Cancellation Policy

- Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. If the cancellation request is received before the order is processed, we will issue a full refund.
